Hi, I'm Advay — a Computer Engineering & Computer Science senior at USC, graduating in 2027 with a 3.94 cumulative GPA. I'm interested in software engineering and the responsible deployment of generative and agentic AI, and I like building products people can actually use. I've built and shipped several products solo: Semantic LLM Cache, a drop-in caching proxy for LLM APIs; Facet, an AI jewelry-design studio; Tek, a local-first desktop agent for your files; and MenuBox AI, a menu-recommendation app — and I'm now building MILO, an investing bot that watches your portfolio and pings you near stop-loss, with my co-founder.

During my internship at Publicis Sapient, I built and delivered a full-stack AI battery-recommendation product to a global automotive battery manufacturer as the sole intern — owning the React / AWS Amplify front end and a Python / FastAPI service end to end. Right now I'm an AI Engineer intern at Oraczen, a startup building agentic AI for enterprise procurement.

Beyond shipping, I want to understand models, not just use them — lately that's meant digging into how transformers use their context windows, confidence scoring for LLM answers via entropy over answer-localized logprobs, and lightweight probes on model internals. Alongside this, I'm engaged in GNN-based task-scheduling research with Prof. Bhaskar Krishnamachari at USC.

Outside of my internship, projects, and coursework, I've led Calculus II supplemental instruction at USC for the past 2.5 years, and I unwind with sports, gaming, and poker.

  1. AI Engineer Intern

    Agentic AI for enterprise procurement. Built a multi-tier insight engine (deterministic spend detectors → LLM narrator → agentic explorer) that surfaced 16 of 17 analyst-validated insights from a $2.3B, 12K-row supplier dataset — vs 1 of 17 for a brute-force LLM baseline — at ~3× lower cost, plus a log-probability confidence scorer (98% accuracy, ~92% less human review) and an agent-to-agent procurement protocol stack.

  2. Software Engineer Intern
